8-4-04  The London Business School Alumni Association has invited our members to participate in a presentation entitled "Challenges for Leaders - What Global Business Capabilities Do You Need to Succeed?" by Dr. Laura Tyson, Dean of LBS. In 2002, Dr. Tyson became London Business School's first female Dean. Previously, Professor Tyson was Dean of the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and prior to that, she was Professor of Economics and Business Administration at the University of California. Professor Tyson served in the Clinton Administration from January 1993 to December 1996.  Between February 1995 and December 1996 she served as the President's National Economic Adviser and was one of the highest ranking women in the Clinton White House.
